The Treatment

As Reflexology treats the whole person, most people benefit from the treatment.

On the first visit there will be a short talk to discuss current and past health issues.

The actual treatment lasts for approximately one hour.  A course of treatment varies in length depending on your body's needs.  Once your body is balanced it is advisable to have regular treatments in order to maintain health and well-being.

I will work on your feet noting any problem areas.  The treatment is relaxing and soothing, but there may be some discomfort in areas where an imbalance is located.  This discomfort will be for a few seconds whilst the area is massaged.
